Sheriff's Sale

 

Walker & Rhomberg vs Radloff, et.al.

 

By virtue of a General execution, issued out of the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for Winnesheik county, State of Iowa, dated the 17th day of January, A.D. 1880, and to me directed and delivered, I have levied on all the right, titled and interest of Fred Radloff on August 22nd, 1878, in the following property, to wit:

 

The east twenty-six [26] feet of lot No. two [2] in block No. six in the town of Calmar, in Winnesheik county, Iowa.

--which property I shall expose for public sale as the law directs on

Saturday, the 13th Day of March, A.D. 1880, at the hour of 10 o'clock a.m. of said day, at the front door of the Court House in Decorah, in said county, or so much thereof as shall be necessary to satisfy a judgment for the sum of $78.12 damages, with interest from the 22nd day of August, 1878 at the rate of ten per cent, per annum, and $7.00 costs which Walker & Rhomberg recovered on the 22nd day of August, 1878, in the Circuit Court of said county, against Fred Radloff and William Wentz, together with interest and accruing costs.
